SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are based on order value. 

2. Delivery Time

We ship orders within 2-3 days of order confirmation. Order confirmation is subject to receipt of payment by us. Delivery time, within India, is approximately 6-7 days from order placement. Tarasha Designworks shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Tarasha Designworks.

3. Non-delivery

In the event of non-delivery of order due to an error in providing shipping details (address, phone number, name, etc.) by the customer, the cost of re-delivery of the order to the correct address will be borne by the customer. 

4. Order receiver

The order is specific to the shipping address and not customer specific. In case of non-availability of the customer at the shipping address, the order will be delivered at the registered shipping address. 

5. Authentic details

All users and customers must provide authentic and true information upon registration or during any other transaction with Tarasha Designworks. We reserve the right to authenticate the information provided by the user at any point.

6. International Shipping

The shipping charges/rates published on our website are not applicable for International Shipping. International shipping charges will be calculated separately for individual orders based on order value, size, destination country, etc. For more information, please write to us at tarashadesignworks@gmail.com 

7. Duties and Taxes

Any additional duties, taxes and charges applicable to certain regions in India are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order these charges levied shall not be refunded.

All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Tarasha Designworks is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN  POLICY

1. Cancellation and Refund

Orders placed on the website may be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Orders once dispatched may not be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the purchase amount is not refundable and may be redeemed through the purchase of another item from our website of the same or greater value. 

The purchase amount is not redeemable against our products available in brick and mortar stores that sell our products.

 

2. Return

The return policy is applicable only to products purchased online through our website and not through physical brick and mortar stores. 

Once delivered, any damage must be notified to us within 48 hours. Customers must email the details and images of the damage to tarashadesignworks@gmail.com, following which we will review the damage and respond to the email at the earliest. 

In case damaged items need to be repaired, the cost of the return courier to Tarasha Designworks' workshop will have to be borne by the customer.
